Historic Mankin House
Downs and Associates office is also known as the Mankin House in downtown Jasper, Alabama. The historic Victorian-style home was featured in Walking Through Walker County (page 68).
The house was built by Billy Moore, owned by his daughter, Tommie Mankin, later sold to John Earl Bartons, and then owned by Johnny Keeton.
